After six months, eight boats, 25 islands and endless moments of inspiration, Megan realizes it's time to head home.  Turning north from Haiti, she travels to the Bahamas for one last big sail before jumping aboard the Discovery cruise ship sailing to Fort Lauderdale.  From there, she heads up the east coast of the USA to experience a true slice of Americana in Chesapeake Bay's 21st Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta where the motto is "Paddle, Swim or Sink."  After an exciting race, she arrives into New York City harbor on the 4th of July, welcomed home by the Statue of Liberty and fireworks.
